Join SafeHaven Humane Society for fun, crafts, games, snacks and time with our amazing adoptable animals.

Day Camps

Adorable animals? Check! Fun games, interesting themes, and enjoyable crafts? Check, check and check! SafeHaven is offering several single-day camp experiences for kids. Each day offers a different theme so you can sign up for as few or as many as you’d like and your child won’t get bored.
Available for kids entering K – 5th grade.

Dates Available:

August 30th (9 am – 4 pm)

$60 per day

Junior Trainers Camp

This camp is an exciting collaboration between SafeHaven’s Humane Education and Training/Enrichment Departments that gives participants the opportunity to learn about and get hands-on experience with some of the shelters adoptable animals. Campers will get to participate in the day to day care of shelter animals, shelter enrichment projects, discussions on current animal welfare related topics, and hands-on training activities with adoptable animals. Available for kids entering 6th – 12th grade.

Dates Available:

August 19th – 22nd (9 am – 3 pm)

Kids will need to bring a sack lunch each day.

$175 per child

I give permission for my child/children to participate in activities at SafeHaven Humane Society. I am doing so entirely on my own initiative, risk, and responsibility. I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors' remise, release and discharge SafeHaven Humane Society, its officers, and employees from all claims, demands, actions, or cause of action on account of any injury to me, my child, or my property which may occur during my time at SafeHaven. I also give SafeHaven Humane Society permission to use photos/footage of my child(ren) in future publications in regards to SafeHaven’s Humane Education programs.
