Registration fees are nonrefundable. Unused registration fees may be applied to other humane education programs during the same calendar year. To be considered unused, you must notify SafeHaven that you cannot attend at least 10 days before the event is to begin, so we have time to reopen your space(s).

I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in the Pets & Pajamas Movie Night at SafeHaven Humane Society. I am doing so entirely upon my own initiative, risk, and responsibility. I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors remise, release, and discharge the SafeHaven Humane Society, its officers and employees from all claims, demands, actions, or cause of action on account of any injury to me, my child(ren), or my property which may occur during our time at SafeHaven. I also give SafeHaven Humane Society permission to use photos of my child(ren) in future publications in regards to the Pets & Pajamas Movie Night.

My grandchildren Andrew, Zack, Aries & Lexi have attended previous Pets & Pajamas evening programs and loved them. They’re looking forward to this month’s program.
